Based on the inputs, requirements and brief given by you and your team we shall initially prepare preliminary layout plans for all related areas of the commercial kitchen which shall indicate the exact placement, location and size of each and every piece of kitchen, refrigeration, other operational equipment, furniture and assets to be installed in the kitchen and other BOH areas, and present it to your team for your approval.
Coordination with Architect / PMC / interior DesignerOur design personnel utilize the most up-to-date version of drafting tools, which facilitates our communications with your architects, engineers and other design professionals. A typical kitchen project includes several design documents that enable us to interface efficiently with the other design disciplines and the construction personnel in the field.

Design DevelopmentOnce the “Basic Block Plan is approved we shall then prepare final layout plans, incorporating any alterations suggested by you.
Integration of design with engineering principlesA typical kitchen project includes several design documents that enable us to interface efficiently with the other design disciplines and the construction personnel in the field.
After your final approval, we shall prepare a host of different services drawings. The same are prepared in coordination with the Architect / MEP Consultant and other service consultants.
