Design Compliances

• NBC (National Building Code of India):
Ensures structural safety, fire exits, ventilation, and sanitation.
• FSSAI Guidelines: Layouts must support hygienic food handling and storage practices.

Fire Safety & Electrical Compliances

• IS Codes for Fire Safety:
Includes fire extinguishers, suppression systems, and safe gas pipeline routing.
• Electrical Safety Standards:
Proper earthing, overload protection, and ISI-marked components.

Environmental & Waste Management

• Solid Waste Management Rules: Must include segregation, disposal, and recycling plans.
• Water Conservation & Effluent Treatment: Especially for large kitchens in hotels or hospitals.

Material & Equipment Standards

• Use of AISI SS 304 or higher-grade stainless steel for food-contact surfaces.
• BIS Certification for electrical appliances and gas equipment.

Food Safety and Hygiene Standards

• FSSAI Licensing: We align with FSSAI norms for food-grade surfaces, waste disposal, and pest control.
